With a full time team onsite, the partnership is well underway and the Darenth Valley Building Services is responsible for maintaining the fabric of the building including ensuring all fire doors are compliant as well as picking up day-to-day fabric maintenance tasks.
The 22 team share a vision in providing a people focused, immersive, supportive working environment, promoting wellness and wellbeing in a respectful way, this in turn creates the feeling of working amongst a community for the partners, employees and tenants alike.
